Fayebeline was created in March 2015 in aid of getting creative again after a few months of putting it off. Starting out as a (very bad) beauty blog and trying to fit into the vast world of what blogging is today, it has since turned into a well-nourished, well-loved blog about travel, books and lifestyle. Aimed at the everyday twenty-odd year old, Fayebeline is a place where people can come for travel advice and anecdotes, what should be on your bookshelf, and how to get through the day to day with inspiration and life lessons. Every now and again, the odd fashion and beauty post will be thrown in: I am a twenty-five year old female after all.

Hey; Hello; Hola; Bonjour; Hallo! I’m Faye, a twenty-five year old young woman who has some ants in her pants to book a ticket and go travel to new places, usually with a book or two (or three or four – whatever will fit) in my hand luggage. I still prefer proper books over kindles. I am obsessed with children’s literature and anything that has some sort of magical mystery, but I also love crime thrillers and a good old rom-com too. In May 2016, I said goodbye to England and all my loved ones and went Down Under to have one whirlwind of an adventure complete with highs and lows, and lots and lots of beautiful ocean views. I hopped on a plane to Bali and Singapore too, because why not, before landing back in the UK where I am currently trying the whole adult thing. Or, due to my great love affair with words, I’ll be found typing away at a laptop trying to figure everything out. Come follow the adventures!
